At the May, 1996 California State
Association of Letter Carriers Convention, the Executive Board
appointed me as the
"First" Webmaster for the CSALC! This was the first State Association
of
the NALC to have their own webpage (it pre-dated our National Union's
involvement with the Internet and the Web).

Bay Area, appointed me as their Webmaster in Sept., 1996.
I retired from the Postal Service in 2004, and no longer serve as
webmaster for either organization as of late 2008.
